Spring here at last!

Such a beautiful day today! Alex got so much done in the garden while the rest of us hung out. We have planted parsnips, celeriac, butternut squash, leeks and potatoes, with raspberries and strawberries from the plants already in from last year. Not forgetting the apples, pears, plums and cherries from our trees! So blessed to have such an abundant garden. That is, if the slugs don't have their way...

We harvested some rhubarb this morning, and it is already in two crumbles. Summer is coming, my favourite time of year!
