Hummingbird Challenge 2 - Vanilla cupcakes

It's amazing the difference the right equipment makes! I've made these before many times, but with my magimix. With the Kenwood, the texture is different and the frosting is perfect, light but fairly solid and staying in shape when piped.

I had a little help with the sprinkles, and its fair to say that I only just got to take the photo before they were devoured!
