2009 was welcomed in in slippers with cups of tea this year! Last year we spent evening in London, watching the fireworks in St James's park with what felt like everyone else in the country! Then we were wishing for our slippers and a sofa, so this year that is what we did :)
Its been a quiet start so far, which has been really lovely. I don't really have any resolutions, my brain won't think that far ahead, but I have decided to make a proper concerted effort to enjoy Ruth and enjoy motherhood, just in terms of 'it doesn't matter that washing doesn't get done til 3pm if I've been hanging out with Ruth, it doesn't have to be done by 9am!'
Anyway, just a quick stop in as Hubby and I have our weekly NCIS date!
