As of 6am today, we have had no water and no electricity. I have not showered, and feel disgusting. Thankfully, we have enough to drink, and we can boil water on the cooker. Both Hubby and I made it into work, but as soon as my laptop is fixed, I am heading home for the duration. A has water at work, but that will run out by the end of today.
People are carrying on as if nothing has happened, which I suppose is a good thing. We are just very fortunate that our house hasn't been flooded to boot.
Please pray for the people in our county, especially those working to keep us safe and alive.
